Oct. 9th Human Trafficking Task Force – Colorado Springs, CO

Sherry Saehlenou  and Sharon Benjamin Caldwell presented to the Human Trafficking Task Force in Colorado Springs.  The presentation was well received and the Task Force invited Airline Ambassadors back for a future presentation.

 

Oct. 22  – Miami Professional Women in Aviation: AAI presented along with law enforcement,  Founder of Glory House Betty Lara and survivor Telisa Espinosa.  Special thanks to Connie Rumbaut & Selene Ibarra.

 

Oct 24  – Dept of Transportation

Congressman Chris Smith’s office, APFA and AAAE supported AAI for a  briefing to the Dept of Transportation. “Thanks so much for coming in and providing the great presentation.  We look forward to working closely with Airline Ambassadors going forward. “ David Short, Deputy Assistant Secretary. AAI is a proud supporter of the Dept of Transportation Pledge.

Oct 25 – Amnesty International Presentation

AAI presented at the New York Ethical Society. Other presentations were by Rabbi’s for Human Rights, New York Post, NYPD Vice and Finding Jane. Many thanks to Paul Pavese and Andrea Wolper.

Oct. 28 Qatar Airways Conference

AAI’s own trainer and AA flight attendant was solicited to provide the keynote address at this meeting in Doha, Qatar.  The CEO of Qatar Airways attended as well as dignitaries from the Ministry of Interior and Civil Aviation and United Nations High Commission on Human Rights, Intl. Civil Aviation Organization, Intl. Air Transport Association. Donna as usual riveted the crowd with her personal story – See link to Donna’s bio
