I have to tell you from the bottom of my heart…  I LOVE EVERY SINGLE AAI REP THAT YOU SCHEDULED !!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! They were all extremely friendly, helpful, compassionate, loving, caring, genuine, professional, flexible, and willing to help with anything and everything that came up. Thank you all so much. BLOOM could not deliver the level of service that we strive for without your team. Wow! I was so impressed!! 

 

The AAI Reps that I have had the pleasure to meet and spend time with during arrivals/departures truly make a difference in our BLOOMer’s most vulnerable moments. When our BLOOMers arrive, they are scared, worried, confused, and disoriented. When they leave, they are sad to leave their host families, confused, and mentally preparing to return to their “reality”. Your team does not give up until they find a way to break through all of those emotions and make the kids feel safe and comfortable. That is priceless!!!!  If there is anything else that we can do to be more efficient with regards to arrivals/departures, we welcome your suggestions. Your team is a HUGE piece of the puzzle. I make sure that I tell every single Rep how valuable they are when I see them. I look forward to hearing back from you and pray that whatever your decision may be, that it allows you to multiply the number of kids that your team is willing and able to serve.
