Anthony Mazza is the founder and CEO of Hive5, an IT company that provides an integrated platform for
mobile applications and device management. Mazza is a New York-licensed attorney primarily engaged in
Operations and Compliance Consulting. A “business turn-around specialist”, with extensive Financial
Services and IT background, Mazza performs compete corporate due diligence, contracts management and
risk analysis related to credit, cyber and litigation issues. Since serving in senior level capacities for technical
and financial services companies, Mazza has gained extensive experience in executive business and legal
consulting; audit/forensic accounting; insurance; and regulatory compliance. Mazza typically engages directly
with clients, and serves in various interim capacities at the Senior Operations and Board level. He holds a
Juris Doctorate, a Masters of Science with a Cyber Security concentration, and is a current MBA
candidate; he is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt for operational excellence. Mazza is a member of the
New York State, Federal District Court and US Supreme Court Bars. He sits on three Boards and is an
Adjunct Professor teaching several undergraduate business law disciplines, and graduate level classes in
Cyber Law & Policy and Cyber Risk Management. Mazza is a former US Army Infantry Officer.
