Sandy Ettinger
Whether as a public defender, general counsel at publicly traded companies, startup co-founder, technology lawyer or a rescuer and advocate for dogs in public shelters, Sandy Ettinger has often found that the greatest challenge in a project is getting the facts straight. Once that’s done and adding a solid effort, good outcomes have a way of creating themselves.
He served as Board President of the Santa Cruz SPCA and currently is Board Vice President of a nonprofit food hub enabling local farmers to directly sell high quality produce to those most in need, often agricultural workers themselves, as well as institutions. He also helps a number of other nonprofits, including development and administration of planned giving programs as a key path to long term sustainability.
