SUPPLEMENTAL FORMS

Mission Proposal Form – Use this form to propose a mission to AAI. Please note that you must be a member before you can propose a mission. Please look here for more information about proposing a mission.

Letter to Obtain Aid – If you are soliciting assistance from other agencies, you can use this letter as part of your solicitation.

Ambassador Kits – Get your kids, school, or club involved in making these. They are always needed on our missions.

Excess Baggage Request – If you would like to take extra baggage on your trip in order to support your mission, please complete this form.
